1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Please verify all details in your confirmation email and notify us immediately of any errors.
• We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June-September).

2. Pricing & Payment

• Fixed Prices: All prices are fixed and agreed upon at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees.
• Currency: All prices are in Euros (€).
• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, and cash payments.
• Payment Timing: Full payment or deposit can be made online at time of booking. Remaining balance (if any) is due upon completion of service.
• Price Includes: Vehicle, professional driver, fuel, tolls, taxes, meet & greet service, and flight monitoring.

3. Cancellation Policy

4. Modifications

• Changes to date, time, or pickup location can be made up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup.
• Route changes may affect pricing. We will inform you of any price difference.
• Changes within 12 hours of pickup are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Flight Delays & Monitoring

• We monitor all incoming flights in real-time for airport pickups.
• If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.
• Please provide your flight number when booking for this service.
• Waiting time of up to 60 minutes after flight landing is included in the price.

6. Waiting Time

• Airport Pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time from flight landing.
• Port Pickups: 30 minutes free waiting time from ferry arrival.
• Hotel/Other Pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time from scheduled time.
• Additional waiting time may be charged at €20 per 30 minutes.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts during the journey.
• Inform us in advance about any special requirements or mobility needs.
• Do not smoke in the vehicle.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

8. Luggage

• Standard luggage allowance is included based on vehicle capacity.
• Please inform us if you have excess or oversized luggage at the time of booking.
• Sports equipment (golf clubs, bicycles, etc.) must be declared in advance.

9. Child Seats

• Child seats and baby seats are provided free of charge upon request.
• Please specify the ages of children when booking so we can provide appropriate seats.
• Child seat availability should be confirmed at time of booking.

10. Liability

• Bay Transfers is fully licensed and insured for passenger transportation.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to recover them.
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the booked service.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemics. In such cases, we will offer rebooking or a full refund.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalamata, Messenia, Greece.
